Marivaldo dos Santos is a musician, instrumentalist, composer, producer and performer. He also, promotes the fusion of traditional sacred musicality of Bahia with the rhythms language of the acclaimed American group Stomp which he is a member of the Broadway show for over 20 years, as a soloist, and leading musician in several world tours.
Currently, Marivaldo has been constantly moving between Brazil and United States to attend and integrate the social artistic and educational action of Quabales project and the Stomp group. He also is the rhythm composer of the filme “Música”.
